Does Avalon at Eagles Crossing HOA have a property management company and how do I reach them?
Avalon at Eagles Crossing HOA contracts with Mills Management Services, Inc. to manage our community. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of Avalon at Eagles Crossing HOA and report directly to the HOA's Board of Directors.

What is a "management company" and what do they do?
The management company is independent from the HOA. A management company is contracted by the Board of Directors to provide such services as: 1) the collection of monthly assessments, 2) supervision of contractors and vendors, 3) accounting, 4) processing homeowner inquiries and complaints, and 5) general community problem solving. The management company reports directly to the Board of Directors and all decisions are made by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
What is the purpose of Avalon at Eagles Crossing HOA?
Avalon at Eagles Crossing HOA is a non-profit corporation and is managed by an elected Board of Directors. The purpose of this type of organization is to maintain all common areas and make the community a pleasant place to live while maintaining property values and looking after the interest of the membership. As an owner in the community you become a "Member" of the "Association".
