Do I have to pay separately for trash service?
No, trash pickup is part of your monthly HOA assessment.
What days do we have trash pick up?
Regular trash pickup is handled by Waste Management and their partnership with the City of Oceanside. Trash pickups are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday but may be delayed one day if there is a holiday. Recycling pickup is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday.
What if I need to dispose of a bulky item?
Please contact the property management company to schedule a bulky item pickup. The property management company will arrange the pick up with Waste Management and let you know when/where to place your bulky item. Please do not just place the item near the dumpster. There is generally no charge for this service.
What should I do if I see people dumpster diving?
If you notice any dumpster divers, please call the non-emergency line for the Oceanside Police Department at 760-435-4900.
